Cosmos Colony, Sudal

Terraced housing land in Sudal engineered with dry-stone retaining walls, black-topped access roads, and planted verges — plots ready to build on.

For the Cosmos development at Sudal, the brief was to turn sloping farmland into safe, buildable house plots without flattening the character out of the land. The layout works with the contours: stepped terraces held by dry-stone retaining walls, black-topped roads that climb the site at comfortable gradients, and green verges that keep the streets soft.

Each terrace was engineered for drainage and plot access before a single plot was marked for sale — infrastructure first, marketing second.

Scope: site master planning, road and terrace engineering, drainage design, and marketing visualisation film.
