Seismic-resistant structural analysis and design in full compliance with NBC 105 and related Nepal building codes. Reinforcement detailing, bar bending schedules, and structural certification for municipal submission.
Land development & planning
Master planning for housing colonies and land pooling projects — plotting layouts, road hierarchies, drainage and utility networks, and open-space planning that adds long-term value to every plot.
Interior design
Interior layouts, material and finish selection, custom furniture detailing, and lighting design. We carry the architectural language of the building through to every room.
Municipal approvals (naksa pass)
Complete permit management — drawing preparation to municipal standards, submission, follow-up, and approval. We handle the paperwork so you don't have to.
Construction supervision
Regular site supervision, quality control of materials and workmanship, contractor coordination, and stage certification — so the building you get is the building we designed.
Property valuation
Certified property valuation reports for bank financing, mortgages, and legal purposes — covering land, buildings, and land-and-building together, prepared to the documentation standards banks require.
3D visualisation & walkthrough films
Presentation-grade renders and drive-through or walkthrough films — for clients deciding on a design, developers marketing plots, and boards approving a building. Every Vivid design ships with one; we also produce them for other consultancies' projects.
