Rajan Residence is a study in getting the essentials right on a tight budget and a modest plot. The ground floor gives over its front bay to covered parking and a sheltered sit-out; upstairs, the main balcony gets textured glass balustrades and a bold red accent wall that gives the small house a big presence.
Brick piers carry the structural rhythm and let the house extend upward in a later phase — a growth path we design into most compact homes.
